Brancaster is a birders' paradise, golfers can play on 2 of the most prestigious links at Brancaster's Royal West Norfolk or Hunstanton's championship links, with Sheringham and Royal Cromer easily accessible. Sailors can launch their boats or hire one at Brancaster Staithe, or play tennis at the club.
And the house? With views of the sea from upstairs, it is light, comfortable and equipped with every necessary gadget from hairdryer to dishwasher.
