Not for any razzmatazz touristy gismos which are found in nearby Hunstanton, but because they value the comfort, the views, the large enclosed garden, ample parking and, of course, all the modern gadgets that are required for 4-star English Tourism Council rating.

 

The main double bedroom has an ensuite electric shower, the twin bedroom has a basin, the 3rd bedroom has bunks. All open on to the landing, as does upstairs loo and basin. Views of the sea and, very often, morning and evening flights of thousands of geese overhead.

 

Downstairs hall and cloakroom with washing machine, open plan sitting room with Sky TV leads through archways to kitchen with dishwasher, and to conservatory/diner. Glass doors open to terrace, BBQ and garden beyond.

The house is fully equipped, with all linen provided, and priced at £450 - £700 pw with discounts for fortnightly bookings and under occupancy.

10% deposit with booking and remainder 3 weeks before arrival. A free car pass will be provided for the beach car park. It is possible to walk there along the marsh road, but not carting children, picnics and all the beach paraphernalia. It is mere yards to the beach from the car park.

Brancaster is a paradise for golfers, birdwatchers and sailors. Sophisticates can find excellent restaurants and pubs, and fashionable Burnham Market boasts delicatessens and boutiques. Tesco do Shop & Drop deliveries.
